Payments I am 100% internet and offer the following payment options. If you want to pay with credit/debit card you will have to go threw Paypal online. Just push the pay button on that generator page or contact me and I will email you a Paypal request for money. It is safe process and will only take a few minutes to complete. Orders that are paid with Paypal will be process the same day as they are received. Preferred payment is is Cashiers Check and when that payment is received orders are processed right away. I will also gladly take personal/business checks but orders will be held till your payment has cleared (5 to 9 business days). All Checks need to be made out to East Coast Generators or Richard Collison and sent to the address below. East Coast Generators Richard Collison 19923 Center Ave Rehoboth Beach, DE. 19971 302-226-1722 Make sure you sent with your payment the generator model you are purchasing, name, address, and contact phone number for the shipping invoice. Orders cannot be processed without a contact phone number.
Warranty: All Generac generators come with a 3yr factory warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers virtually everything during the first two years of ownership. During the third year, parts and labor on major power train and generator parts are covered. Warranty is from Generac (not Me) and will be honored threw any Generac service center nationwide. Please use the Service Dealer locator in the top right bar to locate service centers near you.
Returns: All sales are Final. All generators are shipped direct from Generac and cannot be returned for any reason. Orders must be checked and signed for upon receipt. If your generator has any shipping damage it must be noted on the freight bill when you receive it and refused. If you receive your generator and do not check it when signed for and then find shipping damage you will have to file a claim with the shipper.
